Notary Public certificates and bonds are filed at the Circuit Clerk's Recorder's Office. The
Recording fee is $15.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page. For more

MUST HAVE: Original Bond and two (2) certificates to file at the Circuit Clerk's Office.
